Frequently asked questions
What budget should I plan for studying in Lithuania?
Tuition is around €2,500 to €6,000 per year for most bachelor's and master's programmes in English, and much higher for medicine. Allow generally €500 to €800 per month for living costs, more in Vilnius.
How do I get a residence permit?
You need a national visa and/or a temporary residence permit for studies, and the consular office responsible for Tunisia may be in another country. Allow several weeks: we prepare the application with you and help you plan ahead for the appointment.
Can I work while studying?
Yes, within the limits set by law. English is enough in many tech companies in Vilnius, but Lithuanian may be required for some jobs.
