Frequently asked questions

Can I start a bachelor's degree straight after the baccalaureate?

The Tunisian bac often gives access to a Foundation Program before the bachelor's; some universities accept it directly with very good grades. For a master's, the Tunisian licence is assessed case by case.

What budget should I plan for Australia?

Tuition fees range from around AUD 20,000 to over AUD 50,000 per year depending on the university and programme. Living costs are high in Sydney and Melbourne, a little lower in Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane, and the visa requires proof of funds at a regularly revised amount.

Can I work while studying?

Yes, within a limit of hours per fortnight during term time and without limit during official breaks. After graduating, the temporary graduate visa may allow you to work, depending on your qualification and eligibility conditions.
